Investment and Governance Division (IGD) The Investment and Governance Division within the Ohio Office of Information Technology provides enterprise-wide structure for management in the area of technology acquisition, policy, planning, project management and project portfolio management to support State of Ohio agencies, boards and commissions in their acquisition and use of information technology.
