Welcome to Contract Management

The primary responsibility of Contract Management is to negotiate and manage Information Technology contracts for hardware, software and services that state agencies and members of the Cooperative Purchasing program can use. These contracts offer consistent terms and conditions as well as provide optimal pricing.

Contract Management also is responsible for managing IT contracts at an enterprise level.

Contract Management is charged with:

Providing information that enables more effective vendor negotiations

Developing a variety of IT contract templates/boilerplates that use terms and conditions that are favorable to the state

Improving efficiency and effectiveness of the contract management processes, including expiration, renewal, and compliance audit

Providing ready access to a repository of in-force technology contracts

Agencies, vendors and the public may access existing Information Technology contracts on the State Procurement Website. The State Procurement Website is located at http://www.procure.ohio.gov/proc/index.asp.
