Inovations Award Winner
Earlier this year, the Department of Taxation submitted the
application for the award. The OBG was one of 10 programs
selected from the 55 applications to be named a regional finalist.
Mark Smith, Digital Ohio Administrator, presented at the Conference
on the following criteria:
- Innovation
- Transferability to other states
- Effectiveness
Based on a vote of selection committee, the Ohio Business
Gateway was one of two winners for this region. The OBG will
now be recognized at the October annual meeting of the Council
of State Governments. Each of the four regions name two winners
for a total of eight winners across the country. Congratulations to the ESS/OBG staff for this national recognition!Click
