Ohio Customer Service and Security Center (OCSSC)

The Ohio Customer Service & Security Center is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the exception of state holidays (see below.) To reach the OCSSC call 644-0701 (Columbus Calling Area) or 800-644-0701 (Outside of the Columbus Calling Area), or e-mail the center at ocssc@ohio.gov. Afterhours and state holidays, an OCSSC engineer on stand-by can be reached by calling the same numbers and leaving a message with a name, phone number, and a breif description of the request. The stand-by engineer will be paged and a return call will be initiated to assist with the request.

The Ohio Customer Service and Security Center is closed on the following holidays:

• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
