The MTTR for August is unusually high primarily due to a repair ticket for a circuit for DNR (Zaleski.) That ticket was left open for 8 months until the problem was resolved. There were 128+ hours of outage over the 8 months. All time was allocated to the month of August. Without the Zaleski ticket, the MTTR for General would be 5.22 hours.
